Stay Rooted.

The ProManna Group is a for profit faith-based organization.
We serve the collective through interdisciplinary professionals with expansive skillsets — co-creating, co-developing, and executing projects that strengthen communities and advance state or regional initiatives.

We operate with systems-level thinking and multi-dimensional advocacy. As creatives, we draw from established frameworks and have designed our own — The Strategic Collaboration Framework™ — alongside a forthcoming Process Facilitation Guide to help organizations teach and embody a Collaboration Community of Practice in-house.

10:10 on the dot.
This mark symbolizes the precision and integrity we guarantee in our work — a reflection of our faith and our discipline. The roots of ProManna Group trace back to a belief that business must be ethical, transparent, and anchored in good practice. Business cannot be run as a social club, especially when it serves the public.

Though capitalist measures dominate, we believe the spirit of business should still serve people. Once, customers drove solutions; today, innovation is often steered by corporations — and somewhere along the way, the consumer’s voice was lost. Technology has changed the landscape, shifting decision-making power away from the people toward those who profit most.

Over the last decade, we’ve learned that some of the products we once loved have been quietly harming us — ingredients altered, quality replaced with convenience, humanity traded for margins. The result is more than corporate drift; it’s social detachment. When people lose agency in shaping their own wellbeing, dictation replaces dialogue — and dictation leads to poverty.

The “problem” with ProManna Group is simple:
We care — about humanity, about fairness, about the systems that shape everyday life. We care enough to question, rebuild, and reimagine what’s possible.

Right now, the world needs more: more good jobs, more workers, more income, more community resources, more support, more parks, more greenways, cleaner water, richer soil, and fairer systems. Many cities need new infrastructure, new trust, and new leadership.

That’s where we come in.
ProManna Group refines systems, rebuilds fragmented programs, and restores internal momentum — helping organizations recover their purpose and rediscover their capacity to serve.

Because our mission is not just to build systems that work — but to build systems that work for people.
